Strategy Basics

Got a communication challenge or project that you need support with, but you don’t know where to start? This package is for you! It includes:

  • a 2-hour session to understand the project and what you need to achieve

  • a reverse brief to make sure we have accurately captured requirements

  • a strategy and plan, including suggested tactics and collateral.

Project Essentials

This package is for those who want everything needed to communicate to your audiences. You get the Strategy Basics package, plus:

  • a key message matrix

  • drafts of up to 10 communication pieces

Future Proofing

If you want support to develop your communications for your project, and you also want to set up your team for the future, this package is for you. It includes the Strategy Basics + Project Essentials packages, and:

  • a tailored four-hour Change Communication Skills workshop for up 10 people

The Ts & Cs

  • A 30%, non-refundable deposit is required to secure our services. This is because the time we spend not just delivering the work, but preparing for workshops, meetings, and so on, is valuable time for our team, and we have other clients who could use that time.

  • The remainder of your costs will be billed after the services have been delivered.

  • Payment terms are 14 days from the date of invoice.

  • After you pay your deposit, we’ll book in a call to take a brief and lock in your training and strategy sessions.

  • A maximum of two rounds of revisions are included with all deliverables.

  • Any associated travel and accommodation costs are not included, and will be invoiced separately.

  • Workshops must be held within 3 months of paying your deposit.

  • Workshops cater for a maximum of 20 people. If you want more than 20 people to participate, we will facilitate additional sessions at an additional cost per session.

  • You are able to reschedule your workshops up to seven days prior to each session. If you cancel your session less than 7 days before it is scheduled, we will require full fee payment. We’re a small business, and this is time we block out in our schedule especially for you. It’s time we could have used to run workshops and deliver services for other clients.

  • Of course, we’re reasonable! Sometimes there are unexpected emergencies that happen. If that’s the case, just give us a call.

  • Costs do not include any travel, accommodation or associated costs. If travel is required, these costs will be in addition to your final invoice.
