This package is for businesses where the project and change teams need a bit more support than a pack of templates … it’s about building the knowledge and skills too!

Pack of fully-customisable templates

A series of change communication workshops, tailored to where you need it most.
Workshops can be delivered flexibly. For example, the training could be delivered as a half-day workshop, or four, one-hour webinars.
We’ll have a briefing first to make sure the training focuses on the areas where you need the most support
You’ll get access to all training materials, like the slide deck and any recordings.

Projects where the change is significant, and you really need to get it right!

$4,900 AUD + GST, including all materials
The Ts & Cs
A 30%, non-refundable deposit is required to secure our services. This is because the time we spend not just delivering the work, but preparing for workshops, meetings, and so on, is valuable time for our team, and we have other clients who could use that time.
The remainder of your costs will be billed after the services have been delivered.
Payment terms are 14 days from the date of invoice.
After you pay your deposit, we’ll book in a call to take a brief and lock in your training and strategy sessions.
Workshops must be held within 3 months of paying your deposit.
Workshops cater for a maximum of 20 people. If you want more than 20 people to participate, we will facilitate additional sessions at an additional cost per session.
You are able to reschedule your workshops up to seven days prior to each session. If you cancel your session less than 7 days before it is scheduled, we will require full fee payment. We’re a small business, and this is time we block out in our schedule especially for you. It’s time we could have used to run workshops and deliver services for other clients.
Of course, we’re reasonable! Sometimes there are unexpected emergencies that happen. If that’s the case, just give us a call.
Costs do not include any travel, accommodation or associated costs. If travel is required, these costs will be in addition to your final invoice.
