How does it work?

Payment: Once we’ve agreed on the scope of work and hours, you’ll be issued your first invoice.
Ongoing updates: We tend to meet weekly with our clients, and you’ll receive a report every Monday detailing how many hours you’ve used, the work completed, and what’s coming up.
Renew your hours: If you want to, you can simply be invoiced for a new pack of hours once your original hours are used up.

The Ts & Cs
Your allocated hours also including any meeting / adminstration time.
Hours must be used within 2 months of purchase. Any hours not used will be forfeited.
Payment must be received before we commence work.
The scope of work must be agreed before we commence work.
Hours cannot be transferred to other clients.
Any associated travel and accommodation costs are not included, and will be invoiced separately.
